Kit photo and injectors from real OptiMax motors we've serviced.
Complete rebuild kit for all 6 injectors in Mercury and Mariner OptiMax 135hp, 150hp, and 175hp DFI 2-stroke outboards, and the Mercury SportJet 200 DFI. Same injector body across all these variants — same seal kit for all of them.
If you have a 200hp, 225hp, or 250hp standard OptiMax (the larger 3.0L V6), that engine uses a different injector — check with us before ordering.
All from our service records and OEM catalog data. 6 injectors per engine.

| Mercury 804527 Early OEM number |
Mercury OptiMax 135–150hp DFI 2.5L V6 2-stroke (1999–2000 early production) |
Pre-2001 OEM number. Superseded by 804841. Same injector body and seal kit. |
Not sure which you have? Look at the top of the injector. Purple top = 37003 (150hp/175hp). Black top = 37006 (135hp, SportJet 200). Both use this same seal kit. The 200hp, 225hp, and 250hp standard OptiMax run on the larger 3.0L block with a different injector (804528/37001) — this kit does not fit those. The SportJet 200 DFI is the exception: it uses the 2.5L block and the 37006.
